Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals every year. In 2009 she was awarded four additional health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The athlete placed 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectations. She was happy about her position. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise includes her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, and bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving into work out sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
